Galactorrhea is the term, which is used to define the process of inappropriate milk production that may occur shortly after the breast implant surgery. There are cases, when milk production gets stop by itself or after some medicines; otherwise it may be necessary to remove the breast implant.
Glandular is called anything, which has relation or involves glands, gland cells or their products.
Graft is the term, which is used to define healthy bone, skin or other tissue, taken from one part of the body with the aim of a diseased or injured tissue, which was removed from some other part of the body, replacement.
Granuloma is the name of lumps, which are non – cancerous, and which can develop from some certain body cells, located around some foreign material, such as silicone. However, just like any lump it is necessary to be evaluated in order to distinguish it from a lump, which may be of a cancerous character.
Gynecomastia is how the excessive development of the male breasts is called. It is not considered to be unusual or abnormal to have some temporary enlargement of the breasts in boys during their adolescence period or during the process of recovery from malnutrition.  

Hematoma is the blood collection somewhere inside a body cavity. Hematoma may occur soon after the surgery; therefore, it can also develop at any time after injury to the breast.
Hemorrhage is called any abnormal discharge of blood, either external or internal.

Immediate Reconstruction is the kind of a breast reconstruction procedure, which takes place during the same surgical procedure, as a mastectomy.
Incision is how the cut is called in medicine.
Inframammary Crease is the crease below the breast, just where the breast envelope gets united with the skin over the rib cage.
Inframammary Incision is the kind of incision in the inframammary crease, which is used to place breast implants.
Inpatient Surgery is the kind of a surgical procedure, in which the patient is asked to stay overnight in a hospital.
Intercostal Arteries is the term, which is used to define the arteries, which are responsible for the blood supply to the breast. The full name is the Anterior Intercostals Branches of the Internal Thoracic Artery.
Intracapsular Rupture occurs, when a silicone – filled breast implant gets ruptured, thought silicone is still contained within the capsule.
Latrogenic Injury / Damage is called any injury / damage to the implant / tissue, which may occur during the surgery, during the repeated surgery, during the implant removal process, as well as during the breast procedure while the implant stays in place.
Inframmamary is called anything, located within the breast fold.
Inflammation / Irritation is the process, as well as the result of the swelling of the breast area, which is usually accompanied with redness.
Intracapsular Rupture is called the rupture of silicone gel – filled breast implant, when the silicone gel stays inside the fibrous capsule.
Investigational means something, which is not approved in general terms. As for the breast implant, the term means that it is not approved by PMA.
