6. Will there be stretch marks after the breast augmentation procedure? How can they be reduced and / or prevented?
The skin elasticity is different from person to person. This is why some people develop stretch marks from growth spurts during their puberty, muscle tissue gain, from weight lifting and pregnancy. While others may not even know what these stretch marks are. Generally the abrupt expansion of the skin tissue is the reason of the stretch marks appearance. And when this expansion is gradual, the stretch marks are practically non existent. Anyway, in case if there are stretch marks, appeared in the result of the breast augmentation surgery, the surgeon is to be consulted about how they are to be fought with. Some people take plenty of Vitamin E, others swear by Shea nut butters or olive oil in order to get rig of this problem. Anyway, there is no guarantee that the stretch marks will not develop, though modern medicine is quite able to fight them and even remove them, at least to some extend.

7. Is there much pain associated with the breast augmentation operation? How bad can it hurt?
Pain of breast augmentation procedure mostly depends upon the placement of the breast implants, the placement of incision as well as whether the patients would take all medicines on time and every time. In case if the woman fails to abide her surgeon’s instructions, this can cause her more pain and sufferings.
As a rule the discomfort is described like the one, felt from pressure or muscle soreness. Sometimes, especially in case of under placement, women say that they feel like having done too many butterfly curls. Anyway, if there is any “odd” feeling of discomfort, the surgeon is to be contacted immediately.

8. Should a woman wait to get her breast implants until after the weight loss to get the breast augmentation procedure?
In case if someone is planning to lose some significant amount of weight, like 15 lbs or more, and it occurs after the breast implants have been placed, this woman should be ready to have sag in place of her lost breast tissue. Therefore, if a woman had had small breasts previously, and when she loses weight after having the implants, breast sag is not considered to be a great problem, because the breast envelopes were not large to begin with. In this case the woman can lose her weight without being afraid of any ill effects to her new breasts.

9. Should a woman wait to get her breast implants until after having children?
In case if someone wishes to get pregnant within the following couple of years or so, it would be rather advisable to postpone having the implants placed, because the effects of weight and breast tissue gain and loss can influence the look of the breast implants significantly. Therefore, everything is up to every individual woman, as she may wish to get her implants at any time.

10. How big should a woman go?
Everything is completely up to the woman. The most preferable sizes are considered to be C and D. therefore, as for the breast size, which can help balance the woman’s figure, then the hip – bust ration is something to be tried. Anyway, this is the woman who will have to “wear” her breast implants form there and out.
